A group Pilates Session with Annie or Kelly is customized to your goals, current fitness level, injuries, and will address any other concerns you may have.

Our small class size provides a supportive environment and will help you to develop a deep understanding of the work. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and receive coaching during your workout.
