Sandy is a leading global influencer of the classical system and has been a student of Jay Grimes since 2004. She is best known for her creative but clear approach. Through her teaching, she has the ability to transform people with her hands, her words, and her belief in their individual potential.
This workshop is recommended for teachers who have been studying the classical method, as well as students looking to deepen their understanding of the original work, as Joseph Pilates intended.
